1. For components that affect the main performance (such as pulse valves, imported parts), the life of the leak diaphragm can reach more than 1 million times, and continuous operation can be guaranteed for more than 4 years.

2. When using the lost side spray cleaning maintenance technique, the pulse valve needs to be injected into a chamber at the same time (the number of filter bags in each chamber is 32, 64, 96, 128 specification series). Therefore, usually 6 bags are sprayed on the valve of a high-pressure pulse vacuum cleaner, and the number of pulse valves will be reduced by 6~20 times.

3. Design a pre-dust collection instrument, which not only overcomes dust and directly cleans the worn filter bag, but also can handle high concentrations, and the inlet concentration can reach 1000g/Nm3.

The air box pulse dust collector is automatically controlled by a single-chip microcomputer. You can choose one of three control methods: fixed resistance or timing or manual.

It can also be applied to the purification and recovery of industrial dust in industrial and mining enterprises such as metallurgical industry and mechanical casting industry.

Configuration:

The dust collector has six main components: upper box, middle box, lower box, gray head table, Pei Huichang pool, ladder platform and pulse Qing Huichang pool.

The upper box includes a small exposure cover that can be raised and lowered, a gas storage bag, and a pulse valve.

The box includes filter bag, cage bone and inlet air duct.

Under the box and ash bucket including pillars, ash bucket, manhole.

The heavy discharge device includes a heavy discharge valve.

Ladder platforms include straight ladders and railings.

The pulse cleaning device includes a control cabinet with fixed resistance or fixed or manual control methods.

The working principle of the gas box pulse dust collector:

Under the action of the main fan of the system, the dust gas enters the pre-cleaning chamber of the vacuum cleaner from the suction port of the vacuum cleaner. If the dust airflow hits the baffle, the airflow will flow into the ash head. At the same time, the flow rate slows down, and under the action of inertia and the self-weight of dust, coarse particles of dust fall directly on the ash head and are removed from the wandering mechanism, which plays the role of pre-collecting dust. Other light dust is adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag together with the airflow, and the filtered clean gas enters the box through the filter bag and is discharged from the collection duct. For small size 3200 series products, the inlet is installed on the gray head, the principle is the same.

If the filtering conditions continue, the more dust accumulated on the outer surface of the filter bag, the greater the working resistance of the equipment. In order to ensure the normal operation of the system, the resistance of the dust collector must be kept within a limited range of 1400~1700Pa. If this limit is exceeded, the pulse automatic controller must be cleared by rectification, rectification or manual command.
