The flowability of the powdery material in the air conveying chute does not have all the characteristics of the pipeline fluid, such as pressure transfer characteristics and siphon characteristics. Practice shows that the chute must have enough air cushion and a certain conveying inclination. Conventional chutes do not have the climbing and obstacle-crossing characteristics of countercurrent flow.

Air transportation should avoid material collision, vertical feeding at high altitude and continuous turning. Unreasonable structure will make the material lose the initial speed, resulting in material blockage. If the material is too wet, its viscosity will increase, and it is easy to agglomerate, which will make the fluidity of the material worse, reduce the flow rate, and accumulate blockages in a short time. In the treatment, it is necessary to reduce the moisture content of the material to below 3%, increase the wind pressure, improve the penetration ability of the air flow, increase the power to disperse the material, improve the fluidity of the material, or help the flow by beating. It must also be reminded that knocking can shake wet materials. If it is not handled properly, it will backfire. Be careful.
