When operating the air delivery chute, pay attention to the following points:

1. Before the air conveying chute is put into use, carefully check whether the seal meets the requirements to prevent air leakage in the exhaust layer and the tank.

2. When starting, close the intake valve, and gradually open the intake valve as required after starting. According to the requirements of conveying basic raw materials, adjust the lower tank stop valve, and then start blanking.

3. After blanking, the basic raw material flow should be observed through the observation door frequently, and the intake air volume should be adjusted in combination with the pressure measurement parameters.

4. When stopping, stop feeding and gradually close the air intake. 2-3 minutes after the basic raw material in the discharge tank, stop the blower. 5. It is strictly prohibited to transport the basic raw material containing large particles and debris.

6. The moisture content of the transported material should be strictly controlled. Especially in the rainy season, the basic raw material has large water content, poor fluidization, and poor fluidity of the air conveying chute, which is easy to cause blockage. The air blown by the blower must be clean and dry.
