1. The output is too low, resulting in blockage

This kind of failure mostly occurs when the machine is just started, because when the output is too low, the material flow cannot be formed in a short time, which makes the resistance where there is material large and the resistance where there is no material small. The air flow will pass through the place where there is no material, the place where there is material will not be able to hold its breath, and the material power is insufficient, so the material will start to be blocked. To solve the problem, first close the small fan valve to reduce the wind pressure and reduce the blocking effect of the air flow in the material-free zone. Can also be manually knocked to help feed.

2. Packing of new air delivery chute

The plugging material of the new air delivery chute is approximately the same as the upper part. Before starting, the size of the incoming materials should be fully considered, the fan valve should be properly adjusted, and the air should be used reasonably. Before opening the fan, a layer of material powder should be spread on the breathable layer, and the place where the material is not required should be coated with cementitious material to avoid short circuit caused by wind blowing and material blocking.

3. The material is too wet will form a blockage

If the material is too wet, its viscosity will increase and it is easy to agglomerate, which will make the fluidity of the material worse and reduce the flow rate. Blockages will build up in a short time. In the treatment, it is necessary to reduce the moisture content of the material to below 3%, increase the wind pressure, improve the penetration ability of the air flow, increase the power to disperse the material, improve the fluidity of the material, or help the flow by beating. It must also be reminded that knocking can shake wet materials. If it is not handled properly, it will backfire. Be careful.

4. Air delivery chute exhaust is not smooth or the exhaust port is blocked

When the exhaust is not smooth or the exhaust port is blocked, the upper and lower pressures of the breathable layer are the same, so that the airflow cannot penetrate the material, the material cannot be fluidized, and the material cannot walk. The treatment method is to dredge or expand the exhaust pipe, so that the gas in the upper part of the chute is discharged in time. If the material flow rate is slow, the material fills the chute and the gas cannot be discharged, you can open the fan valve to increase the gas flow and pressure, and increase the output of the chute.

5. The hardening of the breathable layer causes blockage.

If it is locally hardened, the air volume will be uneven everywhere, and then the flow rate of the chute will be different everywhere. Where the flow rate is low, material can accumulate and cause blockages. If all hardened, the consequences will be more serious. At this time, the breathable layer must be tapped to remove the hardened substance adhered to the breathable layer. If only water passes through, you must open the fan valve and dry the breather ply as quickly as possible.
