Air conveying chute is a special form of dense phase pneumatic conveying, with low pressure air as the power source. In the cement industry, it is often used to transport cement, raw meal powder, fly ash, mineral powder and other powdery materials.

The air conveying chute feeding system consists of chute, air supply device, dust removal device, detection instrument, control system, etc. Although there are many types of chutes, in general, they are nothing more than feed chute, head (also called head section), middle chute (also called middle section), arc chute, three-way chute, and four-way Chute, distribution box and valves (including rotating three-way valve, rotating three-way distribution valve, side discharge shunt valve, bottom discharge shunt valve, cut-off valve (also called gate valve), rotary switch valve, flow valve). The driving mode of the valve can be manual, electric, electro-hydraulic, pneumatic, electric actuator, pneumatic actuator, etc.

The air supply device is composed of air supply equipment, air control valve, air supply pipeline, etc. Generally, high-pressure centrifugal fan is used for air supply. Roots blower or vortex blower should be used for small-angle chute or conveying wet and sticky materials. Air compressor can be used for air supply in special occasions. No matter what kind of air supply equipment is selected, noise reduction measures should be taken as far as possible.

The dust removal device is composed of dust collector, air control valve, dust containing air duct, exhaust duct, muffler, etc.

The bulk cement transfer station is a bulk cement distribution center, which is generally a water transport (sea, river) and land transport transfer station. According to the location and relative scale, it can be divided into seaport station, river port station, railway station, highway station and other forms. The air conveying chute is used on the door seat of the ship unloader, which has the following advantages:
