The following factors should be paid attention to when used correctly:

(1) Water. First of all, we should consider the moisture content of powdery materials. According to many calculations and practice, when the water content of the powdered material is greater than 2.0%, the material will run poorly and block.

(2) Breathability refers to the breathability of the breathable layer and the breathable orifice plate. Only when the pressure drop of the air passing through the breathable layer is slightly greater than the pressure drop of the air passing through the upper powdery material layer of the breathable plate, the powdery material can be sufficiently fluidized.

(3) Tilt angle. Practice has proved that for different powdery materials, the inclination angle α required by the chute is different, generally 4 °<α< 12 °. When the inclination angle is less than the ideal inclination angle, it is easy to block, and when it is greater than the ideal inclination angle, it is beneficial to material transportation but the friction force increases.

(4) The width of the tank is one of the main factors affecting the conveying capacity of the air conveying chute. The empirical formula is: g = k.p. B. Where G-is the chute delivery capacity; K-is a constant; P-is the width of the air delivery chute when the material is fully fluidized; B- the width of the chute (related to its inclination and air delivery).

(5) Transport air consumption. It is usually 4~5.5 kPa. If it is lower than the ideal air consumption, the material cannot be completely fluidized and is easy to block. If it is higher than the ideal air consumption, it is beneficial to transportation, but it is not economical.

(6) Transportation distance. As long as the space allows, the inclination angle can be guaranteed, and the conveying distance can reach about 900m. For long-distance transportation, the corresponding air inlet must be added to ensure that the air enters the chute evenly.

(7) Control materials to ensure uniform feeding of the chute.

(8) Consider the control of the escape gas from the air conveying chute and increase the air holes (such as dust collector, etc.).
