Installation and use method of air delivery chute

The air conveying chute includes a feeding chute, an air supply chute, a fan, an ash discharge port and an ash inlet. The feeding chute and the air supply chute are high at one end and low at the other end. The air supply chute is attached to the bottom of the feeding chute. The length direction of the air supply chute and the feeding chute are the same. It is mainly used for horizontal conveying operation, and the conveying distance is longer than that of sealing material pump.

The following is an introduction to the installation and use of air delivery chute:

1. Generally, the inlet and outlet of the linear conveying device are inclined downward by 6-10 degrees, and the connection between the upper and lower tanks and each tank can be reliably sealed (padded).

2. Need to turn with 90 degree bend (about 10 minutes).

3. The bifurcation should adopt three-way groove or four-way groove. After the bifurcation, air valve should be loaded to control the flow direction of fluidized materials, so as to ensure that the materials "allow air" are used together with air, and the air consumption can be reduced when stopping.

4. After the conveying line is too long or bifurcation, install a fan on the side of the lower tank.

5. The installation of air conveying chute shall be strict, without air leakage and ash leakage. Consider sealing with a simple asbestos rope. The site can also use asbestos rope lead oil, blanket pad, rubber strip and other methods according to the specific situation.

6. The exhaust air of the air conveying chute is discharged from the charging chute of the discharge chute. After passing through the exhaust pipe, it should enter the dust removal port of the small cloth bag, and the air volume is 1.5 times of the required air volume. The pressure of the chute on the air outlet should be kept at about 0.

7. Check and adjust the access door, three-way slot, four-way slot, peep window, air cut-off valve and other components, so that they can operate flexibly. Close tight, cut-off valve rubber door and breathable layer contact should be repeated plastic, and strive to match.
