1. Before loading, check and remove the ash and slagging in the tank and discharge pipeline. All pipelines and valves shall be opened and closed flexibly without blockage and air leakage. All connecting parts shall be firm and reliable before loading. 2. Before opening the loading port, the exhaust valve should be opened to eliminate the residual air pressure in the tank. 3. When loading, the switch of the material detector in the material tank should be turned on. When the material detector sends out a full-position sound call signal, the loading should be stopped immediately. 4. After loading, clean the cement accumulated on the edge of the loading port, cover the feed port cover, and insert the bolt and lock it. 5. Before unloading, the vehicle should be parked in

5. Before unloading, the vehicle should be parked in a flat unloading site, the unloading pipe should be loaded, the butterfly valve of the unloading pipe and the ball valve of the pressure relief pipe should be closed, the secondary air pipe should be opened and the compressed air should be connected to ensure that the air compressor is started under no load.

6. When pressurizing the tank, make sure that the discharge valve is closed. When the air pressure in the tank reaches the discharge pressure, the secondary air nozzle valve should be opened slightly before the discharge valve is opened, and the opening of the secondary air nozzle valve should be adjusted to adjust the optimal ratio of air and cement.

7. During the unloading process, the pressure changes should be observed. If the pressure suddenly rises and the air transmission hose is blocked, no longer discharging, the air supply should be stopped and the air pressure in the pipe should be released, and then the blockage should be removed.

8. During the unloading operation, the air compressor shall be responsible for the operation, and other personnel shall not operate without authorization. The engine speed must not be changed during pressure discharge.

9. At the end of unloading, the air release valve should be opened to drain the residual gas in the tank and close all valves. There shall be no pressure in the tank when the vehicle is running.

10. Cement shall not be loaded and unloaded in the open air on rainy days. Always check and confirm that the feed inlet cover is tightly closed, and no water or humid air is allowed to enter the tank.

11. When carrying out maintenance and overhaul under the car, the internal combustion engine should be turned off, the hand brake should be tightened and the wheels should be wedged firmly.

12. When the vehicle needs to be tested after repair, it shall be driven by qualified personnel. No person or load shall be allowed on the vehicle. When it needs to be tested on the road, the test license issued by the traffic management department shall be hung.

13. When parking on the ramp, reverse gear should be put on the downhill parking, and a gear should be put on the uphill parking, and triangular wooden wedges should be used to plug the tires.
