This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of electric flow control valves for cement bulk.

Wood standard applies to cement bulk with electric flow control valve (hereinafter referred to as flow control valve).

3 Product classification

3.1 structure type

The flow control valve consists of a cylindrical flow valve and an electric actuator.

4 Technical requirements

4.1 basic requirements

4.1.1 The product shall comply with this standard, and shall be manufactured, installed and used in accordance with the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. All the technical requirements specified at the end of this standard, drawings and technical documents shall comply with the provisions of national standards, relevant general standards of building materials industry and mechanical and electrical industry.

4.1.2 The final tolerance of the linear dimension of the machined part shall be in accordance with grade m in GB/T 1804.

4.1.3 The welding parts shall comply with the provisions of JC532, in which the surface quality of welding joints shall not be lower than Grade III; the allowable deviation of dimension shall not be lower than Grade C.

4.1.4 Iron castings shall comply with the provisions of GB 9439.

4.1.5 Steel castings shall comply with JC 401.2-401.4.

4.2 conditions of use

4.2.1 The inlet of the inflation pipe of the flow control valve shall be provided with a regulating valve.

4.2.2 The water content of cement sent by the flow control valve shall not be more than 1%, the temperature shall not be higher than 120 ℃, and there shall be no slag and lumps.

4.2.3 The installation slope shall be within the range of 6% ~ 14%.

4.2.4 The flow control valve needs air pressure 4.0-5.KPa, and air volume 1.5-2.0m[3]/m[2].min.

4.3 performance

4.3.1 Flow and other parameters shall comply with the provisions in the 3.4 table.

4.3.2 The flow control valve should be able to control the material flow correctly and reliably.

4.3.3 When the flow control valve is working, there shall be no leakage at the joint of each flange.

4.4 assembly requirements

4.4.1 All parts must pass the inspection before assembly, and purchased parts and outsourced parts must be inspected according to relevant standards and have a product quality certificate before assembly.

4.4.2 The assembly of the breathable layer shall comply with the relevant provisions of ZB Q 92 002.

4.4.3 The joint surface of the shell flange shall be tight and free of leakage.

4.4.4 The electric actuator shall make the flow control valve fully open and fully closed.

4.5 painting anti-rust requirements

The painting and rust prevention of the product shall comply with JC/T 402.

4.6 Appearance Quality Requirements

The outer surface of the product shall be free of obvious protrusions, depressions, roughness and other damages.

4.7 installation requirements

The connection between the flow control valve and adjacent parts shall be tight and free of leakage.

4.8 Interception Test Run Requirements

4.8.1 The flow control valve shall act flexibly without abnormal sound.

4.8.2 All connections shall be free of air leakage.

4.8.3 The action of the electric actuator shall be correct and reliable, and meet the requirements of maximum opening and action time.

4.9 Load Commissioning Requirements

4.9.1 The load test run shall meet the performance requirements of Article 4.3, and the transmission capacity of relevant equipment shall not be affected by the flow control valve.

4.9.2 The opening of the flow control valve shall correspond to the output signal of the electric actuator.

5 Test method

5.1 no-load test run

5.1.1 Test run conditions: the flow control valve is assembled and qualified.

5.1.2 Test method

a. The flow control valve shall be opened and closed no less than 10 times;

B. test pressure is 8kpa, pressure 5min, check whether there is leakage phenomenon;

C. electric actuator drives the cylinder valve opening from the maximum to zero.

5.2 load test run

5.2.1 Test run conditions

a. No-load test run is qualified;

B. System feeding.

5.2.2 Start the flow control valve for commissioning inspection, and cooperate with the cement bulk machine for loading at least 30 times.

6 Inspection rules

Each Chinese product must pass the inspection by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and be accompanied by the product quality certificate and relevant technical documents before leaving the factory.

6.1 inspection classification

The inspection includes delivery inspection and type inspection.

6.2 delivery inspection

The inspection items to be completed before the product leaves the factory are Articles 4.l, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, 4.8, 7.1 and 7.2 of this standard.

6.3 type inspection

In any of the following cases, the inspection shall be carried out according to all the technical requirements of this standard.

a. New product trial production and type identification;

B. after the formal production, if there are great changes in the structure, material, process, etc., which may affect the product performance; c. at least once every 3 years in normal production;

d. When production resumes after 1 year of product discontinuation.

7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage

The 7.1 flow control valve shall be fixed with the product mark and plate in an appropriate and obvious position. The type and size of the sign shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T l3306, including:

a. Product name, model and standard code;

B. Main parameters;

c. Factory number and date;

4. Manufacturer's name and trademark.

7.2 product packaging and attached documents shall comply with Jc/T 406 and meet the requirements of land and water transportation.

Before the 7.3 flow control valve is installed and used, the manufacturer and the user need to properly store and keep the parts to prevent deformation, corrosion and damage.
