After the transportation tool enters the position, open the corresponding number of bars in the bar valve, press the "lowering button" of the control cabinet, and the power supply of the lifting motor will be automatically disconnected after the blanking head is in place. Press the "loading button" to enter the charging state, the auxiliary equipment will start to work accordingly, and the dust generated by unloading will pass through the feeding hopper. The telescopic dust collection hose enters the dust collector for purification. When the material of the lower material head is full, the feeding head rises while giving an alarm. The rising distance shall be set before loading. If the lifting distance is 1 meter, the time of the time relay is adjusted to T = 1/V, and the material is always charged during the lifting process. When the feeding head is full, repeat the above actions. After reaching the full position, press the stop button to make the electric vibrator brake reversibly, or close the fan valve to stop feeding, and other equipment will stop working accordingly. After stopping, press the up button to make the hopper leave the material for a certain distance to ensure the movement of the transportation tool, and then align it with the second unloading station until the whole silo is full.
