Causes of blockage of air delivery chute

(1) Due to the low temperature of clinker entering the mill, the water cooling of the mill is not suitable; Large amount of water sprayed in the mill; The barrel of the mill is drenched with water, and water seeps into the loose bolts. Excessive free water causes part of the cement to hydrate, and the material entering the mill has a large moisture content. All these will cause the air permeability of the air conveying chute to have poor air permeability and easy blockage.

(2) due to the grinding tail sieve plate grate seam is too large, rotary sieve slag discharge is not clear, more iron slag in the grinding material, small segmentsAir delivery chute. These iron slag products exist on the breathable layer, making the material blocked, the breathable layer breathable performance is not good, the air is difficult to make the material fully fluidized, transport difficulties, resulting in blockage.

(3) Due to the rupture of the perforated plate in the air conveying chute, there are gaps between the perforated plates, and part of the air blown by the fan is ejected from the rupture or gap to form an air column. The materials are blocked and accumulated here, resulting in blockage of the air chute.

(4) Due to the poor sealing of the air conveying chute, there is more air leakage. Can not make the material fully fluidized, conveying difficulties, resulting in blockage.

(6) Due to the large amount of materials in the air conveying chute during parking, the temperature of the materials drops after parking, condensation occurs, and the materials are sticky and do not diverge. After driving, the materials in the chute do not flow smoothly and are difficult to convey, resulting in blockage.

(7) Due to the untimely exhaust of the upper tank body of the air conveying chute, there is more residual air above the materials in the tank, and the upper tank is not at zero pressure or slightly negative pressure, but has a certain positive pressure. As a result, the material on the breathable layer is subjected to downward pressure, the material is not suspended, it is not easy to evenly distribute or fluidize, and the chute is blocked.
