In some places in the southwest, some people specially "manage" the approval documents for the construction and expansion of cement production lines. In fact, the approval documents are not to build the lines, but to improve the bargaining chips of the transaction. The construction of the production line is not really to produce cement, but to sell it at a good price. In the past, in order to serve the economic construction, the state advocated all private building materials. Now let the old building materials people absolutely unexpected is that the cement production line has become an "investment product". More than ten years ago, it was some small and medium-sized enterprises that disrupted the cement market. They ignored the interests of the industry for their own benefit. The concentration of the industry is now increasing, but many of the people who disrupted the order were the critics of the year.

Few industries feel the urgency of transformation like the building materials industry, but under the difficulties, they are still performing incredible things. Transformation is change, which is to break the existing pattern, break the existing model, and break the existing interests. This is destined to be a tough battle. Therefore, the people in the game, especially those key roles in the transformation, need more mind and responsibility. They know better than anyone that the transformation is "not a dinner party".

In the current building materials industry, it is no longer a problem whether to turn or where to turn. The key is to speed up and resolutely turn, because history has repeatedly told us that good luck cannot wait or rely on it.

From a vertical point of view, the current narrowing of investment and capital construction has hindered the building materials industry in the downstream, and the increase in resource costs, capital costs, and environmental pressure has intensified the difficulties of the industry. If we do not speed up the transformation, there is no way to deal with it, and if we cannot receive the time limit, the bitter days of the whole industry will come and last for a long time. From a horizontal point of view, whoever completes the transformation first can get more dividends, making social resources and capital pool to themselves.

The transformation can only rely on the industry itself, and there has never been a savior. Whether it is the industry itself, the enterprise itself or the association organization, it is the object of transformation. When the transformation rises from the technical operation level to the ideological understanding level, the lack of thought is the most terrible. And the leadership will certainly be upgraded from policies, standards and technology to a new industrial culture, or the leadership of industrial civilization.

In this great change, one should not cherish one's "feathers" too much. One should ask what will be left after walking. Transformation can not be conservative, transformation can not wait, transformation can not be fantasy, otherwise it will slide into the abyss of accumulation.

Various industry management departments, building materials industry associations at all levels, and colleagues from departments and units engaged in specific work, let us encourage each other in view of the situation facing the industry. Empty talk misses the country, and hard work is the way out for the industry.
