The engagement between the nose star wheel and the chain plate shall be normal without excessive wear. The chain plate and its connecting shaft shall not be damaged or deformed. The hole of the chain plate shall not be excessively worn, and the pin shall not fall off; the bucket basket shall be free of serious deformation, damage and lack, and the dehydration hole shall not be blocked; the slide shall be smooth and free of excessive wear; the front and rear chutes of the equipment shall be unobstructed and free of damage and deformation. After receiving the driving signal and confirming that the inspection is correct, you can promise to drive. After start-up, the material can only be fed after the bucket has been running for several weeks without abnormal conditions; observe the load of the bucket. The loading of the bucket should be uniform, preferably below the flat bucket, and the tip bucket should not be operated for a long time to prevent the bucket pressing accident. Check the unloading of the bucket and find serious coal return phenomenon, which should be handled as soon as possible to avoid the bucket pressing accident. Regularly check the working status of chain plates, chain shafts, rollers and pins one by one for one week to prevent accidents caused by chain plate breakage, pin and small shaft loosening, etc. Check the operation of the bucket, whether there are scratches, tearing and tearing phenomena; check the sound and temperature of the motor should be normal, and the reducer, transmission chain and sprocket should run normally. Treatment of special circumstances: do not start forcibly after pressing the bucket, but unload some materials before starting, and it is strictly prohibited to start at full load; During operation, the bucket lifter automatically stops or gets stuck, and the reason should be found out before starting. When the parking time is long, start the bucket every 2~4 hours to prevent slime from depositing and pressing the bucket. The cause of frequent pin cutting should be carefully checked and analyzed. Work to be done after operation: stop feeding before parking, stop after pulling all the materials at the bottom of the bucket box, and stop at full load is strictly prohibited; When driving on the spot, press the stop button to stop when there is no material on the equipment after receiving the stop signal; When driving under centralized control, the dispatcher will control the parking centrally; Before shift change, the working area should be cleaned up and all kinds of articles should be put in order; the shift change shall be carried out on site, and the operation status, faults and existing problems of the bucket elevator of this shift shall be explained in detail to the successor.
