Advantages, disadvantages and functions of pulse stand-alone dust collector

The working principle of the pulse stand-alone dust collector is that when the dust particles are wound on the filter cloth fiber, they will collide with the fiber and be intercepted. The pre-separator can be regarded as a filtering function by using the airflow pressure generated by the fan to press the dust-containing air to the surface of the dust collector.

A separate bag filter plate is used to fix the filter bag. Therefore, the design of the pulse stand-alone dust collector is consistent with the number of nozzles and the number of nozzles of the pulse valve in each cavity. The number of ports in each row is the same as the number of nozzles on the injection tube, and the number of bags in each cavity is the product of the number of tubes and the number of nozzles.

The distance between the holes on each row of the flower plate of the pulse stand-alone dust collector is characterized by the net spacing (that is, the distance between the near tangent points of two adjacent circles). For bags less than 2.6 meters in length, filter bags of 120mm or 130mm should be used. The clear distance can be 50mm. The clear distance between bags should be greater than 60mm. Typically, the clear spacing is the radius of the filter bag. The clear distance between the filter bag and the box wall should be greater than the radius of the filter bag. The distance between the pattern and the holes should also meet the above clear distance requirements.

Therefore, it is very important to arrange the spacing between the flower plates reasonably, not too large or too small. For example, if the distance is large, the structure, weight and volume of a single dust collector will increase, and the initial investment will also increase. This problem can be avoided, if the pulse single dust collector starts to run normally, there will be no big problem. For specific working conditions, such as high concentration, high filtration wind speed, high dust grinding and polishing, unstable airflow, etc., appropriately increasing the spacing can prevent the wear of the filter bag and extend its service life.

The advantage of pulse stand-alone dust collector is that there are few equipment to assist its work, and many short-line connections and sundries are blocked on the surface of the filter bag. However, when using a stand-alone dust collector, the wind speed is not very high, but it is very convenient to eliminate dust. When the dusty air passes through the filter bag, the dust will be separated from the air by the friction of the filter bag.

The general dust collector stops running when the filter bag is overhauled and replaced, and this pulse single-machine dust collector can return to the bag without stopping the system fan, ensuring the normal operation of the system, reducing time and improving work efficiency. At the same time, the service life of the filter bag is also improved. Loading and unloading is very convenient.

Disadvantages of pulse single dust collector:

1. The power consumption is large, because it acts in the opposite direction with the powder-containing gas, and the space is rapidly reduced to form a pressure resistance;

2. There are requirements for dusty gases, and dusty gases with high water content or sticky dust are not suitable.
