(2) Working principle of air tank pulse dust collector

Filtering principle: dust-containing gas flows in from the air inlet. When passing through the ash head, most of the particles in the gas are separated by inertial force and gravity, and fall directly into the bottom of the ash head. The dust-containing gas enters the filter bag filter area of the intermediate box through the ash bucket. The gas passes through the filter bag, and the dust remains on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the box through the filter bag inlet and is discharged from the discharge port.

Cleaning principle of air box pulse dust collector: with the extension of filtering time, the dust layer of the filter bag becomes thicker, the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise, the resistance of the equipment rises to the set value, and the cleaning will begin to be cleared at the long value. First of all, the lost poppet valve is closed, the filter air flow is cut off, the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened, and the compressed air expands rapidly in the box in a very short time and flows into the filter bag. The filter bag expands and deforms, causing vibration. Under the action of anti-airflow cleaning, The dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag will be reduced to ashes. After the cleaning, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, the poppet valve is opened, and the room is restored to the filtering state.

Brief Introduction to the Structure of Air-box Pulse Dust Collector

1. Shell: The shell includes upper plate, filter chamber, inlet hole, inlet and outlet, etc. are all welded with steel plate, and the structure requirements are strict. The filter bag room is divided into several rooms by partitions so that the airflow in each room will not interfere with each other when the dust is removed. In addition to the PPCS32 type water inlet opening directly on the ash head, other types of water inlets are also installed at both ends on one side of the filter bag room, separated by an inclined plate in the middle, the upper part of the panel is a pure air room, and the clean room lid is equipped with an entrance door (upper cover). During maintenance, the lift valve is closed and the air flow is blocked. When there is no downtime, the pure air chamber is entered from the inlet (top cover), and the filter bag and maintenance valve can be replaced.

2. Meeting bucket: The meeting bucket is welded into a pyramid shape with steel plates, and the structure is strict. The head wall is equipped with an access door, and the lower part is equipped with a row long value.

3. Pei Huichang Value: Different Pei Huichang Value can be configured according to the size and dust collection volume of the dust collector. The ordinary PRCCW32 type vacuum cleaner constitutes a rigid impeller supply, and the remaining three types of exhaust devices use a screw conveyor or a zipper regenerator.

4. Poppet valve: When it is the turn of a certain room to clean the dust, the poppet valve is closed and the airflow is blocked. The opening and closing of the poppet valve is controlled by the cylinder directly connected to the valve. The gas intake and exhaust are controlled by two five-way electronics, and the electronic actions are controlled by the Qingshe time program controller.

5. Compressed gas tank: A gas tank must be installed to increase the air pressure required for the valve and the valve. The pressure of the gas tank should be kept at 0.4~0.5MPa. The gas tank is equipped with pressure gauge, pressure valve, drain valve, etc., and its pressure meets the standard of pressure vessel.
