If the oil temperature of the hoist shaft rises rapidly, the equipment should be stopped to check the corresponding reason and eliminate it before it can continue to work. If there is an impact sound in the rotating gear during the work, the operation should be stopped for inspection, and the cause should be found out before the vibration hoist can be used.

The vibration hoist is generally installed on the horizontal concrete ground and fixed with anchor bolts. During the installation, attention should be paid to the vertical degree between the equipment and the horizontal ground. After the installation, the staff need to check whether the spiral of each part of the vibration hoist has impulse and whether the hatch of the main engine has been fastened. Then check the power supply line and control switch of the hoist. After the inspection, test run with no load, it can be put into production only when the test run is normal.

The hoist consists of a running part (hopper and traction belt), an upper section with a driving roller, a lower section with a tightening roller, an intermediate casing, a driving device, a backstop braking device, etc. It is suitable for conveying powdery, granular and small pieces of non-grinding and semi-grinding bulk materials, such as coal, sand, coke, cement, crushed ore, etc. The shaft reducer is directly installed on the shaft head of the main shaft, eliminating the transmission platform, coupling, etc., making the structure compact and light in weight, and its internal backstop with a special-shaped roller, which is reliable. The reducer has low noise and smooth operation.
