As the dust retained on the filter bag gradually thickens, the pressure loss of the dust collector is continuously expanded, and the amount of gas to be treated is gradually reduced. In order to stabilize the working condition of the dust collector, the dust cleaning system is used to clean the dust by spraying compressed air into the filter bag according to the specified requirements, so that the filter bag is in operation and the amount of gas to be treated is stable. The cleaned dust falls into the dust hopper and is continuously discharged out of the body through the ash discharge device.

  Pulse single-machine dust collectorIt is a very high efficiency dust removal equipment, and has been improved on the basis of a single dust collector, so as to obtain a dust collector with good performance, which has a larger processing capacity and more stable performance.

(1) The solenoid valve in the pulse single-machine dust collector fails to blow. At this time, we need to check the solenoid valve and the control system. If the solenoid valve diaphragm is stuck, it will not close normally and leak air, or the diaphragm will be damaged due to aging caused by water vapor.

(2) The bag of the dust collector will be affected by the unclean separation of oil and water from the injection gas source. The bag needs to be cleaned or replaced with a new bag of dust collector, and the quality of compressed air must be ensured.

(3) dust or raw material humidity is too high, need to check in time, clean up and replace, or increase the model specifications, reduce the system network, and adjust the air volume.

  (4)Pulse single-machine dust collectorIf the shutdown sequence is wrong, stop the fan first, stop the dust collector injection system after 5~10min, and stop the pulse single dust collector to turn off the fan or clean the dust auger.

(5) If the injection interval or pulse width of the pulse single-machine dust collector is too long or too short, it is necessary to adjust the injection interval and pulse width, and generally let the injection interval and pulse width adjust the middle position.
