air tank pulse dust collectorPrecautions for use:

When the dust collector is debugged, the temperature and other factors that are not conducive to dust removal must be strictly controlled.

(1) to prevent the filter bag burn

During the trial operation of the vertical mill system, due to the high temperature of the system, generally more than 150 ℃, and the hot air flow from the combustion chamber contains a large amount of coal tar, the dust filter bag will burn, harden, and be blocked by smoke oil.

(2) Prevent shell corrosion

Pay attention to the dew point temperature of the dust collector during cooling, because some clean air chambers show heat preservation, low inlet temperature, high moisture and gas content, and frequent start and stop of the raw mill, resulting in serious internal corrosion of the clean air chamber. The solution is to strengthen the insulation, stable process operation.

(3) Bypass valve leakage

In order to avoid the loss of burning bags caused by unstable operation at the initial stage of trial operation, the manufacturer designed a bypass system. However, in the absence of filter bag damage or flue gas short circuit, emissions are still exceeded. After investigation, it was found that the bypass valve was not tightly sealed, and the problem was solved after sealing.

  air tank pulse dust collectorDisadvantages:

(1) can only be cleaned offline. Since the purification air chamber is closed, the inlet flue gas needs to be directed to other filter air chambers, so the dust removal filter area and equipment volume are large.

(2) The air tank pulse dust collector needs to be divided into multiple closed air chambers, and gates and poppet valves need to be installed, which increases the equipment cost.

(3) The dust collector cannot adjust the blowing air force and air volume of each row of filter bags through the nozzle opening, which may cause uneven dust removal in the air chamber and cause local damage to the filter bags. Most of the compressed gas cleaning energy is directly injected into the inner wall of the upper gas box and wasted.

Domesticair tank pulse dust collectorGenerally, there is only a fixed number of filter bags per chamber, filter bag diameter and length. The length is generally fixed at 2.45 meters, otherwise the cleaning effect is not good, so the air box pulse dust collector will be limited by the site and can not be flexibly designed.
