Introduction of 1. Universal Fixed Belt Conveyor
In industrial production, belt conveyor can be used as a link between production machinery and equipment to form a continuous production, in order to achieve the continuity and automation of production links, improve productivity and reduce labor intensity. The conveyor belt moves according to the principle of friction transmission. It has the advantages of large conveying capacity, long conveying distance, stable conveying, no relative movement between the material and the conveyor belt, low noise, simple structure, convenient maintenance, low energy consumption, standardized components, etc. It is widely used in the conveying and production lines of mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, casting, building materials and other industries, as well as the production departments of hydropower station construction sites and ports, it is used to transport loose materials or pieces of articles. According to the requirements of the conveying process, it can be transported by a single conveyor, or it can be composed of multiple belt conveyors or composed of horizontal or inclined conveying systems with other conveying equipment to meet the needs of different layout forms. The belt conveyor can be used in the ambient temperature range of -20 ℃ to 40 ℃, and the temperature of the conveying material is below 50 ℃.
The belt conveyor is mainly composed of frame, conveyor belt, belt roller, tensioning device, transmission device, etc. The fuselage is connected by high-quality steel plates, and the height difference between the front and rear legs forms a frame, and the plane is inclined at a certain angle. The frame is equipped with belt rollers, idlers, etc., for driving and supporting the conveyor belt. There are two ways of gear motor drive and electric drum drive.
