TH type hoist features:

1. The conveying capacity is large, and the conveying capacity of TH type with the same bucket width is nearly doubled compared with HL type.

2. The assembled sprocket is formed by connecting the rim of the wheel body with high-strength bolts. After the sprocket is worn to a certain extent, the bolts can be unscrewed, which is convenient to replace the rim, save materials and reduce maintenance costs.

3. The lower part adopts a heavy hammer lever type tensioning device, which can realize automatic tensioning. After one installation, it does not need to be adjusted, and can maintain a constant tension force, so as to maintain the normal operation of the machine and avoid slipping and chain off.

4. The transmission device has two forms, respectively equipped with ZJ type reducer and JZO type reducer. The ZJ type shaft-mounted reducer is directly sleeved on the shaft head of the main shaft, eliminating the transmission platform, coupling, etc., making the structure compact and light in weight. Moreover, it is equipped with a special-shaped roller backstop inside, which is reliable in backstop. The reducer has low noise, stable operation and floats with the main shaft, which can eliminate installation stress.

5. The traction part is a low-alloy high-strength ring chain, which has high tensile strength and wear resistance after heat treatment, and has a long service life.

6. The hoist for mixing or gravity unloading, suitable for conveying bulk density of not more than 15t/m3 of powder, granular, small block of low cut material, material does not exceed 250 ℃.

7. This machine is equipped with two kinds of hoppers, ZH type (medium deep bucket) and SH type (deep bucket).
