Description
CP library is a new type of raw meal homogenization library introduced by our factory from German BMH company, which is characterized by low power consumption and good homogenization effect. The homogenization mechanism of CP warehouse is that the raw materials at the top of the warehouse are evenly distributed through 8 chutes. The raw materials at different periods are distributed horizontally in the warehouse. The design of the aeration system at the bottom of the warehouse is more in line with the fluidity of the raw materials after inflation, which is distributed radially and obliquely. The annular area is generally divided into 8 areas, which are inflated in turn every 5 minutes. The raw materials in the aeration area are unloaded into the central area due to looseness and airflow, the raw material of different layers in the warehouse is vertically cut to realize the homogenization of the raw material, and the raw material of different times enters the central area and then the gas is intensively mixed and homogenized, so as to achieve the ideal homogenization effect.
