Plate feeder purchase guide

Plate feeder is a necessary equipment for cement production line, and it is most widely used in cement industry and mining industry. The general manufacturer only pays attention to the inclination angle required by plate feeder customers, the capacity of supporting crushing equipment and the feed granularity. However, for a real customer, the concern is not these. The focus of the investigation is not to put the cart before the horse. Problems such as inclination angle, production capacity of supporting equipment and feed size may be the concerns of manufacturers when selecting users, but the concerns of customers are often not these, but some faults that may occur in product quality and use, such as welding.

Causes of Blocking of Raw Material Conveying Slant and Preventive Measures

1 conveying chute structure and characteristics of air conveying chute is an extraordinary form of continuous pneumatic conveying device, conveying dry powder material pneumatic conveying equipment, in the cement industry is often used to transport cement and raw material powder. The chute is widely used in conveying materials because there are no rotating parts, easy maintenance, good sealing, no noise, safe and reliable operation, low power consumption, convenient change of conveying direction, and multi-point feeding and multi-point unloading. The main body is connected by several sections of upper and lower two layers of grooves made of thin steel plates, which looks like a "day" from the cross section, as shown in Figure 1. Disposable ordinary sponge rubber skin for combination between each section

Cement dust selection technology and guide

Dust collection technology and equipment of 1. cement plant 1. Difficulties in smoke and dust control The main dust emission sources of cement plant are crusher, rotary dryer, vertical dryer, raw mill, powder separator, cement mill, vertical kiln, packaging machine, etc. In addition, the conveying equipment, the top of the warehouse, the bottom of the warehouse, the inlet and outlet, etc. are the dust sources that produce the dust of the post. Among them, the treatment of shaft kiln exhaust gas is more difficult. The smoke and dust control of vertical kilns is mainly difficult in the special working conditions of "wet, eroded and variable" flue gas, not in the large amount of smoke (much smaller than the amount of waste gas at the end of rotary kiln), nor in the high dust concentration (vertical mill and O-sepa separator

Happy to go home for the New Year

Today is the penultimate day of work in 2011 in the lunar calendar. During lunch, Chen always told us to clean up tomorrow and have a holiday the day after tomorrow. I didn't arrive at the company for a long time, but I always feel that time flies here. In Jiawang, a big family, I always feel that everyone gets along well. The boss gets along with us like brothers and sisters. He will always help us find ways to solve any technical problems. People all say that those who work are professionals and those who work as bosses are all-round talents. It is easy to be a specialist, but it is difficult to be an all-round one. Now this society is complicated. As a part-time worker, it is good for me to do my job well. Maybe my ability is limited,

The Latest Development Trend of Automation in Cement Industry

1 information technology to promote enterprises to achieve automation control to information technology to transform the cement industry, to promote automation, automation and then promote energy saving, environmental protection, safety, high efficiency of the four goals, has become the consensus of the industry. In today's automation field, from the process site layer to the factory (group) management layer can basically realize the smooth and seamless flow of information through Ethernet. The so-called "modern integrated production process" combines information technology, network technology and modern new processes and is applied to all stages of the enterprise product life cycle. Through the seamless integration of information, process optimization and resource optimization, logistics and information can be realized.
