Product Description

The continuous homogenization warehouse is a continuous feeding of raw materials from the top of the warehouse, which is continuously discharged while being aerated and stirred. A cylindrical mixing chamber is set in the center of the warehouse to reduce the unloading pressure in the warehouse and eliminate funnel flow. There are 6-12 unloading holes around the mixing chamber and 6-12 aeration zones between the mixing chamber and the wall of the warehouse. The materials entering the mixing chamber are further mixed due to the continuous inflation of the mixing chamber, the qualified raw material is discharged from the high-level overflow pipe, and the excess gas is discharged from the exhaust pipe to the outer ring area and pumped to the dust collector for purification. However, the raw material preparation system is required to be continuous, stable and reliable, with low investment, low power consumption, flexible process layout, compact structure and simple operation. The homogenization value is 5-9 and the power consumption is 0.1-0.2kwh/t.
