Bulk machine system is a new type of systematic cement bulk equipment, which can meet the automatic loading requirements of cement or powder aggregate enterprises. It is mainly composed of cement silo, ash unloading valve, air conveying chute, inflatable spherical distributor, air inlet, branch inflatable spherical distributor, branch air conveying chute, spherical rotating connector, bulk machine unit, etc. If more bulk machine units are required to achieve more discharge stations, expansion of the bulk machine units can be achieved by adding an expandable distributor or an expandable branch distributor.
Working principle
When the transportation tool enters the position, open the rod valve to the corresponding number of rods. Press and hold the "lowering button" of the control cabinet, the power supply of the lifting motor will be automatically disconnected after the blanking head is in place, press the "loading button" to enter the unloading state, and the auxiliary supporting equipment will start working accordingly. The dust generated by unloading will enter the dust collector through the feed hopper and be purified by the telescopic dust collecting hose. When the material of the lower head is full, the blanking head will rise and give an alarm. The rising distance shall be set before loading. If the lifting distance is 1 meter, adjust the time of the time relay to T = 1/V. During the ascending process, the material is always loaded. When the material head is full, repeat the above actions. When the material head is full, press the stop button to make the electric vibrator brake in reverse, or close the fan valve to stop the material, and other equipment will stop working accordingly. After parking, press the up button to let the lower hopper leave the material for a certain distance to ensure the movement of the transportation tool, and then align with the second unloading station. Until the entire silo is full.
